Function extension
The device name can consist of up to 25 characters and must be DNS compliant. According to the Lenze default setting there is no default name entered. If the default setting is loaded via code L-C0002 the value of the device name is not reset! The device name can also be assigned via the Lenze system bus configurator ('Settings' tab). If a device name has been assigned, this name is indicated in the system bus configurator.
Note:
The system bus configurator display is not updated automatically if the device name is directly changed via code L-C1216!
