Function description
The number of increments (C0420) for Stegmann absolute value encoders connected to X8 can now also be selected as multiple of 32 in the range from 64 to 2048 [inc/rev.]. Thus, possible values are 64, 96, 128, 160, 192, ... 2016, 2048 [inc/rev].
Up to now, it has only been possible to enter values which belong the power-of-two format (64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048 [inc/rev]).
Applications
Applications in which absolute value encoders with a number of increments unequal to values belonging to the power-of-two format are connected to X8.
