Function restriction during parameter set upload via Profibus

Which products are affected?
MCI Profibus communication module equipped with firmware version 01.00.

What happens?
If a parameter set is uploaded by means of the Engineer via Profibus-DP, undefined setpoints may occur.

When does the problem occur?
The problem can only occur if a second master (DP-V1 C2) is used to upload a parameter set by means of the Engineer via Profibus-DP.

Possible diagnostics?
If undefined setpoints occur during the parameter set upload by means of the Engineer via a second master system this can be traced back to the function restriction described here.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
None.

Evaluation:
The behaviour is not considered as critical since the problem already occurs during the commissioning phase.
