Function description
The acyclic PROFIdrive parameter channel DP-V1 is described in detail in the Profibus Communication Manual.
Applications
The acyclic Profibus parameter channel can be used by a Profibus master class 1 (PLC) or other Profibus masters class 2 to access parameters / codes. By means of a multiparameter job it is possible to access several parameters and several array parameters (subcodes) at the same time.
Note
A new GSD / GSE file is required to ensure the new DP-V1 functionality. The new GSD / GSE file with DP-V1 functionality is called Len_2133.gsd (Len_2133.gse). If the DP-V1 functionality is not used, the previous GSD / GSE file (Lenze2133) can continue to be used. The new GSD / GSE file (Len_2133) cannot be used in combination with firmware versions < 2.0.
