L-force Loader via EPL network (from V1.05)

Future project download by means of the L-force Loader via an EPL network.

Function description
In future it shall be possible to load an Engineer project by means of the L-Force Loader via the EPL network. Regarding this, it was necessary that the EPL module supported code C15990 and the functions stored there.
