Active system context is not displayed correctly in the status area

Which products are affected?
ESP-HMI1-P (HMI Designer V1.7)
EPM-H410 (Graphical display unit)

What happens?
Among other things, the keypad writes in the status area the information which system context (e.g. the sequence directory) is presently displayed.

In contrast to the documentation, the H410 keypad writes the information which system context is currently displayed not in word 2 (starting counting from 0) but in word 3. If the H410 indicates the system context for entering the password, word 1 is assigned with the value 255 and not with 0.

When does the problem occur?
The response described above principally occurs when the status area of the H410 keypad is used.

Possible diagnostics?
None.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Do not use the status area of the H410 keypad in order to evaluate the active system context.

Evaluation:
The status area of keypads is mainly used in applications in case of which a PLC target system is connected to the keypad.
