What can be the reason for the error message: 'The file does not exist', when GDC parameter set comparison is executed?
Answer:
This message occurs when in the Windows operating system the end of the files are not displayed. This can be seen from the fact, that in the parameter set comparison dialog there is a file name, but no .gdc ending behind the name. You can make the end of the files visible by eliminating the tick in Windows Explorer => Tools => Folder Options => Hide extensions for known file types.
