Error message Canphsrv.exe when the computer is shut down

Question:
Why can the error message <Canphsrv.exe> appear when the computer is shut down?

Answer:
The error message can be released when the Windows-service Canphsrv is closed. The service is installed by the CAN-driver update (communication software CAN). It is required in order to ensure an impeccable operation of the EMF 2181 ModemCAN regarding user rights, independent access to long-distance-data-transmission-settings and user management. These accesses are required for the call back function of the module.
The Windows installation method of this service can be realised in different ways and has been changed in the CAN and diagnostic-bus-driver-update. If a CAN or diagnostic-bus-driver-update has been installed with the other installation method already, this described modification can cause this error message or the incorrect shut down of the Windows service Canphsrv.
Your computer will not be impaired, since the error occurs with shut down only. The error can be eliminated when you uninstall the CAN and diagnostic-bus-driver-update once and when you reinstall the CAN and the diagnostic-bus-driver-update.
