Function description
The following functions can be deactivated separately:
- Acceleration compensation (g_bAccCompInact=TRUE)
- Material thickness calculation (g_bThicknessCalcInact=TRUE)
- Stop controller (g_bStopControlInact=TRUE)
- Dancer position controller (g_bDancerControlInact=TRUE)
- Tension controller (g_bTensionControlInact=TRUE)
- Diameter calculator (g_bDiameterCalcInact=TRUE)
- Tension characteristic (g_bTensionCharacteristicInact=TRUE)
Applications
Winder applications which do not use all individual functions can save computing time by deactivating unused functions.
It usually only makes sense to deactivate the diameter calculator and / or the dancer position controller if the motor control is to be operated by external setpoints. A deactivation of the two functions mentioned before does not make sense if the winder functions of the template are to be used.
The acceleration compensation, the material thickness calculation, and the stop controller function, however, can be switched off separately without influencing further template functions.
