E82ZAFPC201 Profibus I/O fieldbus function module as of firmware version 1.0 in combination with 8200 vector/motec frequency inverters
Function description
The I&M functionality must be supported by Profibus slave interface modules equipped with DP-V1 functionality and informs about the interface modules for commissioning and maintenance. Special tools (configuration software of the Profibus masters) can use this function in order to search specifically for information provided in the Internet based on this data.
Applications
The new I&M functionality required the extension of the GSD / GSE file. The extended version is now available in the download area on the Lenze homepage. The name of the GSD file has not changed! Older firmware version can be used together with the new GSD / GSE file without problems.
Up to now, there is no Profibus master software available which can support this function.
