What happens?
The free codes F-Codes C0475/1 and C0475/2 for phase difference signals are always initialised with 0 after mains connection (initialisation). This is also the case if the values had been saved with C0003 = 1 before.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs after every re-initialisation which is automatically executed after mains connection. In case of a separate 24 V supply this kind of supply must have been switched off, too.
Possible diagnostics?
Reading out codes C0475/x via keypad or GDC.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Alternatively, the free analog codes C0473/x and converters CONV5 or CONV6 are to be used order to generate a phase difference signal.
Evaluation:
The problem immediately occurs during commissioning and can easily be detected. As a result, the remedial measures mentioned before can be implemented accordingly.
