Filtering the MCTRL_nNAct_a actual speed value

Function description
If code C0496 (NactFilter on) is set to 1 the actual speed value is filtered via a PT1 element, influenced by the filter constant set in C0497 (Nact filter) and finally indicated via the MCTRL_nNAct_a system variable.
The default setting value of C0496 is 0, i. e. the actual speed value is indicated unfiltered via the MCTRL_nNAct_a system variable.
