Motor phase monitoring

Function description
In case of asynchronous motors the Motor phase monitoring (LP1) function checks whether a motor phase has failed. If this is the case, error number 32 is indicated under code C0161 (current error).
The MotorControl (MCTRL) system block has been extended by the MCTRL_bMotorphaseFail_b system variable which indicates the failure of a motor phase.
