What happens?
The error message (trip) 'no program' (C0067 = C0161 = C0168/1 = 230) can only be reset by mains connection of the PLC target system although a PLC program is loaded in the PLC target system. Code C0043 (= Trip Reset) is without effect.
When does the problem occur?
If the communication is interrupted while a PLC program is downloaded or if a reset original (menu item: Online>Reset original) is activated the PLC target system initiates a no program trip. If afterwards a PLC program is loaded into the PLC target system the no program trip is not deleted. The no program trip is only reset after mains connection of the PLC target system.
Possible diagnostics?
Check if the name of the DDS project is indicated under. If this is the case the DDS project has successfully been loaded into the PLC target system. Otherwise code C2113 indicates 'no program'.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Carry out a mains connection in order to reset the no program trip.
Evaluation:
A program download or the activation of a reset original is executed if the machine is stopped, during commissioning or when service work becomes necessary. It is rather the exception that a communication is interrupted during the program download.
