Answer:
The proposed installation path for all Lenze software tools is drive C (directory path Programs\Lenze), where generally the Windows operating system is located. New versions of the Lenze software offer a free selection of the installation path while first commissioning is executed. When the computer drives or Windows are modified, the assigned letters to the drive can change. Consequently, a Lenze software update tries to access a drive, where no Lenze software is stored. In the Windows Registry you can see and modify manually, if required, the letter for the installation of the Lenze software.
Instruction
- Windows start button => Enter 'regedit' and confirm (the Windows registry opens)
- In path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Lenze\Global Drive Software you can find the key 'Drive' where the corresponding letter is entered.
