Description
CamDesigner Professional is a graphical tool enabling comfortable creation of motion profiles for servo inverters with the functionality 'Electronic cam':
• Easy creation of cams by means of graphic objects (e. g. lines, polynomials).
• Input of the data in the physical unit.
• Automatic generation of connections according to the laws of motion (VDI 2143) by means of an expert system (jerk-free motions for protecting the mechanics).
• Display of speed, acceleration torque and jerk.
• Creation of value pairs (position, speed or acceleration) for the direct copy of the cams to Global Drive Control or as a file in a project for the 9300-ServoPLC.

• IBM-compatible PC with ≥ Intel®Pentium®-90 processor
• 64 MB RAM, 128 MB for Windows 2000 and Windows XP
• 70 MB free capacity available on your hard disk
• VGA graphic card
• Pointer (mouse, trackball etc.)
• Parallel interface for connection of the dongle
• Installation of the CamDesigner Professional V2.1
Software installation
Install the update of the CamDesigner Professional from V2.1 to V2.2 as follows:
1. Unpack the ZIP-file
CamDesignerProfessional_V2.2_Update.zip on your PC. The directory
CamDesignerProfessional_V2.2_Update will be logged containing the installation files.
2. If the CamDesigner is started, please close it.
3. Start the program
setup.exe from the extracted directory
CamDesignerProfessional_V2.2_Update and follow the installation instructions.
