Function description
The initialisation value indicated is checked for being valid. It must be within the range of the code minimum and code maximum.
When creating a new object not only the name of organisation unit but also the variable name and variable class is indicated.
There are two new attributes for the codes created:
1. Depending on the PLC stop: The code can only be modified if the PLC program is stopped (this function is only supported as of target system 6.0).
2. Depending on the controller inhibit: The code can only be modified if the controller is inhibited.
