How can measured data of the oscilloscope function be edited in Excel?
Answer:
The oscilloscope function (FB OSZ) of the GDC enable the export of measured data in ASCII format. Data in ASCII format can be imported to and edited by spreadsheet programs such as Excel.
Procedure:
1. Start oscilloscope function im GDC and carry out measurement or load oscillograph from file
2. Call function 'Copy oscillograph' in the pulldown menu 'Oscilloscope'
3. Select field '6. Measured values table (Text)' and confirm with button 'Copy'.
4. Paste the data from the clipboard in Excel (e.g. using 'Ctrl' + v)
Note:
For languages other than English, different settings may be necessary in Excel under Options in the tab 'International' .
