What effect does the input under code C1257 have?

Answer:
The code C1257 has only an effect on the S-profile generator. 

The S-ramp and 'POS-PARAM-RD' are filtered by this value, which does not need to be adjusted. This ensures a smooth speed during the constant function when e. g. the V-override is to be read via a jittering analog input and accepted permanently by the S-profile generator with function block POS-PARAM-RD = high.
The setting ranges and the Lenze factory setting of code C1257 are listed in the code table included in the Operating Instructions and in the System Manual of 9300EP positioning controller.
