Label synchronisation of the tool in CCTRL when label position is next to the profile zero point

Application:

Synchronisation of tool or material by means of a TP sensor

Description:

During marking synchronisation of the profile axes at a TP sensor (X5/E5 for the x-axis, X5/E4 for the y-axis) the evaluation of the TP signal is to be avoided at the initial and end position of the axes and in the field which is to be corrected next to the initial and end position accordingly. If the TP signal is acquired directly at the transition of the curve cycle a clear assignment to the curve pulse is not possible. Thus, a curve pulse is accompanied by an unwished TP correction.

Procedure for setting parameters for the TP position: Example: x-axis: 0...360 ° / y-axis: 0...1000 mm

x-axis
  • CDATA-X-TP/E5 - activation of the TP sensor
  • CDATA-TP-POS - pre-selection of the TP-offset: initial point of the x-axis. Sensible settings e. g. 2...358 ° (m_units)

y-axis
  • CCTRL-TPIN/E4 - activation of the TP sensor
  • CCTRL-TP-POS - pre-selection of the TP offset: initial point of the y-axis. Sensible settings e. g. 10...990 mm (s_units)

An example of the described function is prepared in the base configuration C0005 = 10800 and 10900.
