Which data and information are necessary for the analysis of PER-TRIP / PI-TRIP?
Answer:
The causes for PER-TRIP / PI-TRIP can only be analysed by the Lenze development department. Following data and information are required by the development department:
PRO data file (DDS project)
LIB data files (all libraries, which are no official Lenze libraries and used in the DDS project)
LCI data files (The compilation file is in the directory, which is defined in the input field Compilation files in the menu item Project - Options - Directories. Usually in the disk drive: ..\Windows\Temp\)
Values of the code digits C0300, C0301 and C0302 (in case of firmware versions <V2.x these code digits are not in the PDB data file, therefore, access is only possible via the keypad)
