Additive input for influencing the output voltage of the 8200 vector/motec

Question:

Which function does the analog signal source MCTRL1-VOLT-ADD have?

Answer:

Via the analog signal source MCTRL1-VOLT-ADD,  the inverter output voltage can be additively influenced.

Application examples:
  • Dimmer connections
  • exchange for the three-phase winder
  • compensation of voltage losses of the motor cable

Standardisation:
  • 16384 corresponds to 400 V (for 400 V devices) bzw. 230 V (for 230 V devices)
  • Example:
  • For an analog input, e. g. a terminal (C0412.8 = 1, 2 or 4), the gain C0027 or C0414/x = 32768 / C0011 must be preset, so that an inverter output voltage of 400 V or 230 V can be set at an output signal  of 100 % (e. g. input voltage of the analog input = 10 V).
