At code C0140 a value has been set via the keypad which is not zero. The value at C0140 has an additive on the frequency setpoint (NSET1-NADD) and is frozen if, for example, the keypad is disconnected and the value has not been set to zero beforehand.
Remedy:
Set the value at C0140 to 0 Hz.
