Use of TTL encoder with EPM-S602 and zero pulse (Z-track)

What happens?
Error message 20747 (InvalidEncoderSignal) appears

When does the behaviour occur?
A TTL encoder with zero pulse is connected to the EPM-S602. Both the upper range (e.g. 8192 pulses) and the lower range (e.g. 0) of the counter value (CNT_Value) should be limited. The module is used together with an LM_FreeEncoder for FAST Motion. The use corresponds to an absolute singleturn encoder.

The encoder is turned in negative direction.

Which products are affected:
Counter module EPM-S602 (IO1000) in use with FAST Motion

Short-term measures:
The counter value is not limited. The zero pulse is not used.

Evaluation / Recommendations:
It is currently not possible to limit the counter range in both the upper and lower direction. In negative direction the counter value therefore jumps to -2^32. This results in error message 20747.

Hint: There is no change planned for this behaviour.
