Support of Safety over EtherCAT [FSoE] with an SM 302 safety module

Functional description
The FSoE function can only be used in connection with the 94xx SM302 safety module.
New codes:
• 1x858/0: FSoE active / not active
• 1x859/1: configured data length PDO (TX of the drive)
• 1x859/2: configured data length FSoE /PROFISafe (TX of the drive)
• 1x860/1: configured data length PDO (RX of the drive)
• 1x860/2: configured data length FSoE /PROFISafe (RX of the drive)

New error messages:
• 0x6610 EtherCAT: Safety communication timeout
• 0x6612 EtherCAT: Safety initialization error

New EtherCAT CoE objects:
• 0x1700: FSoE RxPDO
• 0x1B00: FSoE TxPDO
• 0xE600: FSoE Slave Frame Elements
• 0xE700: FSoE Master Frame Elements
• 0xEA00: FSOE Connection Diagnosis
• 0xF980: Device Safety Address
• 0xE901: FSoE Connection Communication Parameter

EtherCAT E94AYCET communication module firmware version 4.02 and 94xx SM 302 safety module

Applications
Safety over EtherCAT [FSoE] can be used in connection with the new c250-S Lenze safety controller and with FSoE-based controllers designed by other manufacturers.
