By means of firmware version 2.1 oscilloscope data can be read out without problems via the ring buffer of the 9300 servo inverter.

When reading out oscilloscope data from the 93xx servo inverter by means of the DRIVECOM parameter channel, the parameter requests were rejected with error message.
