Function description
Under code C0003 of the 8200 vector/motec the user can define whether the drive parameters are saved persistent or not persistent in the drive.
If C0003 is set to 0 on the drive only the current parameter set is read when GDC reads the parameters. Message boxes attached below inform the user about the special behaviour as well as the general drive performance when the setting mentioned before is selected.
The first message box (1) is indicated when GDC is started and code C0003 is set to 0.
The second message box (2) supports the user when code L-C0003 is to be changed from 0 to 1:
