How is the reaction?
The border of the program user interface of TTC-MMI do not match to the PC screen. The program needs the complete screen so that you can change to other Windows programs only via the ALT + TAB keys. The ETC-MMI can only closed via the context menu in the task bar of Windows or via the task manager (the F8 function key to close teh programm is outside the screen).
When does the problem occur?
The decribed behaviour happens only with 16 x 10 format screens (e. g. 1280 x 800 Pixel).
Possible diagnostics?
Check the format setting in the Windows - System adjustment - view.
Short-term measures / recommendations?
Open the installation path of ETC-MMI (typical: C:\Programme\Lenze\ETC\MMI).
Open the file
..\cfg\delphmmi.ini
with a text editor (e. g. Notepad) and change in the category [config] the default value from doscal = 1 to doscal = 600 .
Evaluation:
The program ETC-MMI can use with the described screen format only after set manually the parameter. After this adjustment the program can use without restrictions.
