Mark synchronisation by means of the CDATA function block

Which products are affected?
9300 servo cam profiler V7.1

Applications
Cam drives and other servo applications which contain a register generation and require a mark synchronisation in the register and a trimming of the drive if necessary.

Description
The angle correction determined by means of the mark synchronisation function of the CDATA function block is to be selected as correction speed at the function block. This can either be done via the setting under code C1331/1 (default setting under C1296) or via the CDATA-TP-SPEED-LIM input. It could be quite useful to let run the profile generator linking, e. g. RFGPH2, by the compensating movement at an adjustable ramp function.
The drive synchronised at the master value can be trimmed on the internal master axis at the CDATA-OFFS-XIN input, too. In order to use the function described the following settings are to be made:
- C1332/0 = 2 (master value of CDATA-XPOS)
- C1338/0 = 2 (trimming with OFFS-XIN at X-RESET)
- C1335/0 = 1 (TP correction with catch-up limitation)

Information for applications equipped with previous versions:
The function can also be established by a link from CDATA-XPOS to CDATA-XIN. In this case code C1332/0 must be set to 1 (master value of CDATA-XIN).
