Incrementing of the CAN telegram counter under code C0360/005

Function description:
In contrast to the 'cyclic transmission' setting the telegram counter C0360/005 in the CAN-OUT3 function block does not count up in case of the 'event-controlled transmission' because an incrementing of the telegram counter has not been planned for this type of transmission.
The function has now been extended in such a way that an incrementing of the telegram counter is also possible in case of an 'event-control transmission' process.
