Function description
In order to query the version number of the
LenzeIOSystem0103.lib library in PLC programs, too, the library is extended by the following four global variable constants:
- External Release: C_wLenzeIOSystemVersionER = 1
- External Level: C_wLenzeIOSystemVersionEL = 3
- Internal Release: C_wLenzeIOSystemVersionIR = 0
- Build Number: C_wLenzeIOSystemVersionBN = 0
Application:
The PLC program of series machines has been created and tested with a specific library version. If the libraries are revised in the course of product developments and improvements the behaviour of the series machine may change due to the use of the modified libraries. By means of the four global variable constants it can be checked in the PLC program if the library versions, with which the machine has been tested, are used.
