Keypad XT (version 3A21) in combination with the 9300 device series
What happens?
The password for the controller is not accepted by code C0094.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs sporadically when activating / deactivating the password function under code C0094 by pressing the key combination 'Shift' & 'Prog'. On the software side the function is sporadically carried out twice when pressing the keys and the password set before is reset immediately.
Possible diagnostics?
This error can be reproduced when using the keypad to write code C0094.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Use of a keypad with firmware 2.2
Evaluation:
The password function cannot be activated / deactivated by means of the keypad.
