The maximum torque indicated under code C0057 is calculated from the nameplate data entered by the user and the set maximum current (C0022).
In the vector control mode (C0006 = 1) it is considered that the motor current is divided into a torque-generating part and a field-generating part.
As a result, the actual torque indicated in MCTRL-MACT corresponds more exactly to the torque that is actually output at the motor shaft.
Note: The signals MCTRL-MACT and MCTRL-MSET2 are indicated in percent under C0057 i.e. the maximum torque indicated under C0057 corresponds to 100 %.
Applications
If the MCTRL-MACT is evaluated externally, e.g. in a super-imposed control.
