Function description
The menu items for enabling or inhibiting a controller have been added under the menu item 'Online'.
The GD Loader only allows parameter sets to be transferred if the controller is inhibited. If the controller is enabled a dialog window for inhibiting the controller will occur before the parameter set transfer. After the parameter set transfer the user is asked to enable the controller. This request can be deactivated.
