Transition with a final velocity the same as the start velocity for the next positioning process.
Function description
Using the OverChange function, profiles can be linked together to form a chain. Here a transition is made from one travel profile with a defined final velocity (non-zero) to another travel profile. The final velocity is thus the same as the start velocity of the next profile.
