Outside of work, he's a cycling enthusiast. His friendly nature makes him a fantastic colleague and a great companion for a good laugh. He’s known for his classic, well-worn jokes. Currently, he holds the title of the longest-serving employee at Lenze Poland.

Roman – Drive Systems Director– brings to the table as much expertise in yacht steering as he does in project navigation. His knowledge and experience are truly invaluable. He can resolve an issue in an application before the client even realizes there was one. Roman approaches every task with meticulous attention to detail. Whether the topic is drive systems or a great cup of coffee, he engages in conversations with warmth and sincerity.

Grzegorz – Logistics and Administration Manager – knows every shortcut and detour like the back of his hand, ensuring he always arrives on time. A motorcycle enthusiast, he loves discovering new routes and sharing them with fellow two-wheel aficionados. After hours, he finds joy in his garden, where he passionately tends to vegetables that later grace his home-cooked meals. Always eager to share gardening tips and travel stories, Grzegorz brings both expertise and warmth to every conversation.

Piotr – Sales Director – is a dynamic and energetic leader constantly seeking new, creative ways to connect with clients. Always open to giving interviews, sharing knowledge, and inspiring others. He actively participates in both industry events and social gatherings. A regular at music festivals, he combines his love for music with a passion for meeting new people. With great enthusiasm, he explores new technologies, gadgets, and innovative solutions.

Marek – Sales Manager - knows how to handle sales with class and calm. Polite, professional, and with a sense of style, he brings a composed and refined approach to his work. He has the ability to positively motivate his team and takes genuine care of his subordinates. He loves trips to the seaside, especially to the Baltic and North Sea, where walks on the beach and the sound of waves help him relax and recharge. He also enjoys cooking, cycling, and spending time on his plot, where the greenery and silence bring him peace and balance.

Ania – a marketing Renaissance woman – her interests know no bounds. She paints, dances, and learns foreign languages. A master planner of mountain treks, she finds joy in wide open spaces and treats every uphill step as solid character training. Sometimes she has her head in the clouds—usually when she's hiking mountain trails or when her thoughts revolve around her passions and creative projects.

Adriana  – she approaches every customer order with exceptional care, ensuring that even the most complex details are clearly explained. Outside of work, she finds joy in the world of music—especially live performances—and enthusiastically takes part in festivals, where she lets her energy flow with the rhythm of her favorite sounds. She has a passion for breathing new life into beautiful antiques, lovingly restoring them to their former glory. To unwind, she turns to physical activity and nature—running, cycling, and nurturing her garden bring her balance and peace.

Monika – the superhero of the administration department. When a problem arises, she steps in with angelic patience and the calm of a Zen master. Her smile and positive energy can brighten any day. With Monika around, even Mondays feel a little lighter. She perfectly balances kindness with assertiveness. After hours, she swaps her desk for a bike and sets off to explore new places. And on vacation? She’s happiest petting cats in Turkey and recharging her batteries under the sun.

Darek – Service Coordinator – always knows what, where, and when something needs to be repaired. Every day, he sets the dates on calendars to ensure everything is on time.
