Function description
After mains switching, reset node or reset communication the ECS axis module sends a boot-up telegram (identifier 700hex + node address) via the system bus interfaces X4 and X14 (CANaux) when the CAN status is changed from Initialisation to Pre-Operational.
Applications
When switching on the Drive PLC or when resetting the CAN interface all CANopen devices send a boot-up telegram so that a CANopen master recognises all devices connected to the CAN bus. Thanks to this function extension the ECS axis module is also identified as device by the CANopen master.
