DFSET touch probe synchronisation while the parameter set is saved under C0003 (remedied from V7.0)

In case of the continuous touch probe synchronisation in the DFSET function block (master (digital) frequency processing) the marks could deviate from each other when being saved under C0003.
This faulty behaviour has now been eliminated by modifying the internal interrupt processing.

If the parameter set is saved under C0003 during the continuous touch probe synchronisation in the DFSET function block.

Machine offset.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Avoid saving parameter sets under C003 while the TP synchronisation is used. Shift the saving process to phases in which the controller is inhibited.
