LP1 message (mains phase failure) is now entered immediately into the history buffer (V2.3 onwards)

Function description
If, due to non-rigid supply systems, a mains failure is detected while charging the DC bus (LP1 message), the LP1 message is now entered immediately into the history buffer. If the ECS network cannot be charged for this reason, the user can now analyse the cause for this fault more easily.
Before this adjustment the LP1 message has not been entered into the history buffer before 3 s.
