English online help for 'Application Template' is not up-to-date (corrected from V3.9)

Response of the new version:
The current English Online Help for the Application Template is installed in the PLC Designer. The Online Help includes among other things descriptions of the new Template functions.
What happens?
New Application Template functions are not described in the English online help.
When does this behaviour occur?
With PLC Designer V3.8, an older version of the English online help for the Application Template is installed.

Please find the latest German and English version (V1.4) of the software manual for the "Application Template" attached to this AKB article.
Evaluation:
The English online help contains an older description of the Application Template. The attached software manual can be used instead.
