Remove a user

It can always happen that a user in your X4 Remote company no longer needs access. In this case, you can easily remove that user from your X4 Remote company. 

To remove a user, please follow the steps described below:

  • Open the Portal app, which is accessible from the Apps menu in the top right corner if you are currently in a different X4 Remote app.
  • Open the main menu , go to Users, and select the concerning user.
  • Expand more options and select [Remove from company].
  • Tick the box “I’m sure” and click on [Remove].

Definite actionYou cannot undo the accidental removal of a user. However, you can invite them again.
