You can find a corresponding acceptance protocol form in the attachment. The form must be filled in both by the commissioning engineer (e. g. Lenze employee) and by the machine manufacturer. A further document is available for i650 motec with Extended Safety-IO servicing (only inverter replacement without change of the safety functionality).
