Function extension:

General:

• xHalt function
  Each TM is expanded by a function and an additional xHalt input.
  The function can be used to abort homing or other functions. The axis will be stopped via the defined deceleration.
• Adaptation of the TM visualisation to allow access via the diagnostics browser (WebVisu).

Technology module WinderDancerCtrl (Base, State, High)

• The I component of the dancer position control can be reset via the ramp function.
• The taught dancer limit positions can be deactivated. Then the limit positions from the parameter structure will be used.
• Direct switch-over from Synchronisation mode to Winding mode and vice versa.
• Additional measuring and application points are available to influence the signal flow outside the TM.
• The D component of the process controller can be adjusted via application points.

• The I component of the tension control can be reset via the ramp function.

• Additional mode for clutching in and declutching via acceleration, deceleration and jerk.

Technology module PickAndPlace (Base, State)

• Additional modes for homing.

• The order and the type of homing depends on the kinematics.

• Additional stop function of the axes independent of the path. Thereby, the path interpolation can no longer be continued.

Technology module CrossCutter (Base, State)

• Application points for parameterising the correction window of the register control

• Status output: lrHoldCrossCutterActive: Information whether the next step will be skipped.
• Application point for resetting the HoldCrossCutter function to deactivate the function.
