Behavior of the new version: No improvement is possible for the existing device hardware and firmware V01, and accordingly no change to the FW is planned. (planned): Only with the new i950 device hardware and the associated i950 FW from V02.00.xx onwards will it be possible to upload in a significantly shorter time.
Description of behavior: EASY Starter: Uploading application data from multiple i950 devices for storage as an *.lda file on the PC can take up to several minutes under certain circumstances, which is significantly longer than expected. In extreme cases, when the application is running, the timeout monitoring may be triggered and an error message may appear.
Conditions under which the behavior occurs:
The inverters are enabled, the application is running, and
theapplication data isuploaded via EASY Startertobe savedasan*.lda file.
E.g.: i950 with TA Sync And Correction as system bus master (EtherCAT onboard).

Short-term measures,recommendations,evaluation: The loading time can be reduced by stopping the PLC application using device command 0x2022:45. In particular, this prevents the timeout monitoring from being triggered. When the PLC application is stopped, significantly more computing time isavailable for uploading, and the duration of the process is reducedaccordingly.
