OPC UA Server: error message "BadTooManySubscriptions" (fixed to V1.8)

Fixed for:
Cabinet Controller c520 from V1.8
Cabinet Controller c550 from V1.8
Cabinet Controller c750 from V1.8

Behaviour of the new version:
An OPC UA client can make as many CreateMonitoredItems service requests for a subscription until the maximum number of MonitoredItems is reached.

Firmware version V1.8: The number of MonitoredItems is limited to 2000 per subscription and to 8000 in total across all subscriptions.
Firmware version V1.15: The number of MonitoredItems is limited to 4000 per subscription and to 8000 in total across all subscriptions.

Description of behaviour:
For each CreateMonitoredItems service request a new subscription is opened in the OPC UA Server. Up to 16 CreateMonitoredItems service requests can be made to the OPC UA Server. Afterwards the request is rejected with "BadTooManySubscriptions". This service is used, for example, to add variables to a subscription that is to be published by the OPC UA Server.

Under what conditions does the behaviour occur?
This behaviour occurs with the active OPC UA Server regardless of special conditions.

Affected products:
Cabinet Controller c520 from V1.7
Cabinet Controller c550 from V1.7
Cabinet Controller c750 from V1.7

Short-term measures:
All Monitored Items added to a Subscription should be added with a CreateMonitoredItems service request.
Up to 2000 Monitored Items can be added with one request.
