Behavior of the new version:
When creating a new project for a Lenze controller, no error message from the library manager appears in the message window.
Description of the behavior:
When creating a new project, the following message appears in the message window:
The library '#ElementCollections' could not be opened
Conditions under which the behavior occurs:
The error message occurs after the installation of PLC Designer V4.1 or higher.
If you do not use any components of the library in your project, the PLC project can be translated without errors.

Short-term measure, recommendations, evaluation:
Open the 'Placeholder' dialog in the 'Library manager' object. Scroll to the 'ElementCollections' row and click in this row in the 'Library' column. Select the following resolution for ElementCollections:
