Top Employer: Double first for Lenze
Lenze is Top Employer Germany and Top Employer for Engineers
Lenze had double reason for celebration at the Top Employers Certification Ceremony 2016 in Düsseldorf on 18 February as the company from Aerzen near Hameln won the awards for Top Employer Germany and Top Employer for Engineers. The Motion Centric Automation specialist has yet again passed examination by the independent Top Employers Institute with flying colours, proving its outstanding employee centricity. As Christian Wendler, Chairman of the Executive Board, Lenze SE emphasises: "We are very proud of again being singled out for offering the best working conditions and development opportunities for engineers and employees in other areas. Our employees are our most important asset and a key success factor for our company. We are very conscious of the fact that we have to give them something in return. Competitive salaries, additional training and development possibilities or the opportunity to work abroad are just a few examples of what makes Lenze an attractive employer. Reconciling career and family needs and a harmonious work-life balance are becoming increasingly important. Both are key aspects of our family-friendly corporate culture".
Ralf Klemme, Head of Human Resources adds: "We work constantly on improving our offering. Besides recognition, this certification is an incentive to achieve a better score in 2017. We are keen to enhance our proven reputation as one of Germany's most attractive employers. In the upcoming certification phase we aim to obtain the award for our European subsidiaries as well".
Lenze did particularly well with its performance in personnel planning, training & development, career and succession planning – and also impressed in other areas, as enterprises must pass the certification process in all categories to win the Top Employer title.
Benchmarking is based on standard criteria to ensure equal certification opportunities for all candidates. All answers and supporting documents are then examined by an independent inspection body, thus guaranteeing that only companies genuinely devoted to employee welfare are certified.
