The EASY UI Designer is a Lenze software tool for creating web-based machine visualization in combination with the FAST UI Runtime on the c430, c520 and c550 controllers.
It does not require any programming knowledge in web development, since it is projected with ready-made templates and controls.
This license can be ordered as a separate product and includes a license number to be entered during installation.
To bridge the delivery time, the full range of functions can also be tested free of charge for 30 days without a license. Subsequent installation of a license can then be done using EASY Navigator, which is installed together with the tool.
Lenze software may contain software components that are licensed as free Software or Open Source. The license terms of the open source software components used in this product are included in the package offered for download here. They are available in the "License" directory after download and unpacking and in the zip file EasyUIDesigner V18 OpenSourceComponents.zip attached to this article.
The following software products are required to install and run EASY UI Designer:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8, Microsoft SQL Server Compact, Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable.
If the EASY UI Designer installation terminates without an error message, please check whether the installed virus scanner may be preventing the installation file from being executed.
A parallel installation of EASY UI Designer with the product VisiWin 7 from Inosoft is not permitted and will be intercepted by the respective installation routine of EASY UI Designer or VisiWin 7.

If you want to check the integrity of the downloaded setup file, you will find the hash value in the specified json file. It also contains the algorithm used and the hash value. On the page Cyber Security@Lenze you will find the hash values of all engineering tools in the different versions.
Unzip the ZIP file to any directory on your PC. Make sure that the path length of the directory does not exceed 116 characters.
From this directory, start the EASY UI Designer Setup.exe file.
Follow the further installation instructions.
In case of no internet connection during the installation process, no software updates could be carried out via Lenze EASY Package Manager automatically. You can install the necessary file (packages) via the AKB article Offline packages for Lenze engineering tools.
If there is no Internet connection during the installation, no automatic software updates can be made via the Lenze "EASY Package Manager". The AKB article Offline packages for engineering tools describes how you can create the necessary files (packages) and install them offline.
Compatibility information:
Projects created with version 1.7.1 or updated to version 1.7.1 are only executable from firmware version 1.13 of the c5x0/c430 controllers.
Projects created with version 1.6.0 are only executable from firmware version 1.12 of the c5x0/c430 controllers.
Projects created with version 1.5.0 or updated to version 1.5.0 are only executable from firmware version 1.9 of the c5x0 controllers.
Older firmware versions do not support the new function extensions from EASY UI Designer in version 1.6.0 and 1.7.1.
EASY UI Designer projects created with a version lower than 1.8 can be edited without restriction with version 1.8 of EASY UI Designer. An update to version 1.8 is only necessary if the functional enhancements in version 1.8 are to be used.
