1695 years of concentrated Lenze experience: 56 employees celebrate their company anniversary

Loyalty and faithfulness play an important role for companies, because committed and reliable employees are a long-term success factor. It was precisely these employees, who have been working for Lenze for decades, that the automation specialist honored last Friday at this year's anniversary celebration. 18 employees celebrated their 40th anniversary this year, and a total of 37 employees have been part of Lenze for a quarter of a century. This year, Detlef Fischer, who has been with Lenze for 50 years, celebrated an exceptional anniversary that will become increasingly rare in the future. When he joined the company in 1973, Willy Brandt was German Chancellor, freeways had become footpaths due to the oil crisis and Bernd Clüver was at the top of the charts with his hit "Der Junge mit der Mundharmonika".

In his speech, CEO Christian Wendler thanked the employees for their loyalty. The shareholder family, represented by Max Finger, great-grandson of company founder Hans Lenze, was also on hand to honor and celebrate with the jubilarians.
