Manage your Cloud Notify license
You can choose to activate Cloud Notify immediately or first try it 30 days for free, no strings attached. You can also extend or transfer an existing Cloud Notify license. If you haven’t already, we strongly recommend reading (FAQ) Cloud Notify – All you need to know first.
Activate Cloud Notify
- Go to the Fleet Manager app, which is accessible from the Apps menu in the top right corner if you are currently in a different X4 Remote app.
- Open the main menu, go to Devices , and select the concerning device.
- Go to Licenses and click on [Activate] in the Cloud Notify section.
- Enter the activation code you received with your Cloud Notify purchase and click on [Activate].
Activated
Now that you've activated Cloud Notify, you're ready for Step 2: Set up a data source.
Extend Cloud Notify
Only for trials
Cloud Notify is a one-time purchase. You only need to extend a Cloud Notify license after a 30-day trial.×Dismiss alert
Extending is license is currently not yet available in the new platform. Please contact your local Lenze sales representative for information.
Transfer a Cloud Notify license to another device
You can transfer any previously activated Cloud Notify license to another device by first deactivating Cloud Notify on the current device and then activating Cloud Notify on the new device using the license you just made available.
- Go to the Fleet Manager app, which is accessible from the Apps menu in the top right corner if you are currently in a different X4 Remote app.
- Open the main menu, go to Devices, and select the current Cloud Logging device.
- Go to Licenses and click on [Deactivate] in the Cloud Notify section.
- Go back to Devices and select the new Cloud Logging device.
- Go to Licenses and click on [Activate] in the Cloud Logging section.
- Select the Cloud Notify license you just made available and click on [Activate].
Transferred
You've now transferred Cloud Notify onto your new device and you're ready for Step 2: Set up a data source.
